CAYC is far more than simply a wellness studio. What makes the experience at CAYC so special is our community. From the early days exchanging recipes after practice in the park, to chatting before and after class in our studio - the magic of CAYC is in the connections formed.

We have three different ways you can become a member at CAYC. From the unlimited membership for those ready to fully immerse, or our midi and mini memberships as a gentle sprinkle of TLC in your week. Take a scroll through and see which one suits you best, remember no strings attached - you can cancel at any time.
Unlimited Membership (includes six month + annual unlimited)

Let’s talk money. If you use your membership every day, it will work out at £4.78. Equivalent to a fancy coffee, but far more nourishing in our humble opinion.
Also, you aren’t restricted to only one class a day. This is truly unlimited. Come to a class morning, noon and night if you wish, you are always welcome at the club.
Hoping to join our semi-private Reformer Pilates classes? You receive two complimentary classes per month. Can’t get enough? Enjoy a hefty saving of 35%, bringing a drop in down to £19.50 (full price is £30). If you choose a 10 pack, you will make an overall saving of £131. Not too shabby at all.
It’s fun to bring a pal or loved one to class. Perhaps they really need a boost of TLC, or you’ve planned a much needed catch up but fancy a wiggle first, you can treat them to a wonderful experience without the financial commitment on their side. What a wonderful friend you are.
As part of your membership, you will receive access to our on-demand platform, saving you £18 a month and serving up practice for when you are away from the club.
For every event, workshop or retreat we offer - you will receive a 15% discount. From saving £10 on a day retreat at the club, or over £100 on a retreat further afield - it all makes a difference.
